My Way of Life

Post by Aegis on Fri Jan 08, 2010 4:06 pm

Hey guys. So yesterday we had a public speaker at my school. And he had a phrase that I wanted to share with you. Basically these are pretty much the 5 major aspects of life and when 2 commitments clash, this is how he proceeds with them. He is a soccer coach and he allows excuses above sports that fall above sports.

If there are 2 commitments, he would choose the one that is higher.

1)Family

2)Religion

3)Academics/Occupation

4)Athletics

5)Social

I just thought I would share this because many times in our life, 2 commitments come up and you have to choose between which one. Have a great day guys. God bless ya guys.

well to begin with.My God doesn't say to have religion. He says to have faith. And I must say that none of the things mentioned means nothing without Putting God First. If I have to choose between commitments I would Choose God/Jesus and then God/Jesus and the rest will work because of his will being done when you put him first. God is Good.If you were to die today could you(all) say that you were for sure, with no doubt, say that you would spend eternity with God.Do you know that you Know??? God loves ya Guys.So does Marn.God bless you all.

Thanks for sharing Aegis.

I think that was a good point Marn. As God's people we are to put God first in every decision we make, because he is number one in a list of only one.

That is exactly right, God MUST be placed FIRST before anything.Where would you be right now without God in your life? No matter where you would be you can be assure that it would be so much easier and better if God were first in you lives.God bless you all.
