Needing prayer

Needing prayer guys. I detasseled today and nearly passed out from the heat 3 times. Tomorrow's supposed to go easier so I need prayer that I don't pass out or any other heat related issue.

Hydration is key bud. There are many things that you can drink but ultimately, you need calcium and salt. My dad, in his younger years, had to drink milk and pickle juice just to prevent his hands/arms from curling inward and locking up.
I can still remember the day that I was splitting wood with an axe. My dad told me to quit as I had sweat running down my body like a waterfall but I was determined to finish the last piece. When he tried to take the axe from me, I threatened to kill him...I'm quite a hothead. Once I saw that the grass looked like a drawing and I started to wobble, I dropped the axe and I drank water like a horse. Nowadays though, we have Gatorade and Powerade so take advantage of it if you can bud.

+1 for hydration. Also make sure you are getting enough salt as Dirty Harry mentioned. Gatorade/Powerade make a good hydration drink because they combine the two. It's counter-intuitive to eat more salt (lots of people think it will dehydrate you) but when you sweat a lot you flush out a lot of salts, which are actually kinda important to staying alive lol.

Source: I'm pretty sure I sweat about 1847% more than most people. Probably is related to living in the snow and then moving to Kentucky. I drink literally gallons of fluids a day in the summer here.
