Scrim Leader Vote Empty Scrim Leader Vote

Post by Guest Fri Dec 11, 2009 4:14 pm

Hey Guys, we will be accepting nominees for the scrim leader position. You CANT nominate yourself. So, if you think someone is a good fit, make a reply to this post stating their name and why you feel they would make a good scrim leader, after all the nominees are in we will vote and the nominee with the most votes will be the new scrim leader, the runner up will be second in command. Good luck to all!

Mojo you da Man.Mojo has done a great Job and is handing the position off because Admin position is a full time job and he wants others to get to be involved in the Clan a lil More. Thanks Mojo for a job well done.Remember guys we want someone that is dedicated and is very active.I know that there are guys that are very good players, but arn't as active, so Take this into consideration when Nominating your choice for Scrim leader. So bring it guys.Let's hear your choice and why you think they would be good for the position.Let's gitter done.

Handsdown my top choice would have to be Mojo. Obviously he has great skill but is as marn said very active and from my perspective is a very good admin. He would do a fine job running the scrim team but I also gotta say if I can nominate a second as well, Deadly. I've been in a few clans with Deadly and known him for a while. He is the best rifle player I've seen and has some really great tactics up his sleeve. My second person would definately be Deadly. (If I can't nominate both, then Mojo, sry deadly)

Thanks Aegis and Sat, that means alot. But, we wanna let someone else have the position, we have some very dedicated members who would love the chance to get more involved in the clan. Remeber to pick someon whos active and who you think would make a good leader.

Also, make sure they are NOT an admin. That is what Aegis, I think, did not understand. We (MsM Administration) want Mojo to dedicate his time toward his admin responsibilities, so Mojo is stepping down from the position. Indeed, Mojo is one of the best I have ever seen and a fine leader but as said, he has his hands full as an admin.

I nominate Aegis as scrim leader. I have played with several players over the years and in all honesty have NEVER found a player that is as willing to share their strategies and tactics with others while at the same time helping them to perfect their skills and tactics. Aegis is able to lead during scrims and he proved that to me on teamspeak a couple of times during scrim practices. Also, he is very good with his rifle and dealing with people in general. He does not have an attitude such as "yeah hey look at me, I am the best" blah blah and blah. He is about fun but I can tell that he has the right attitude that we would need from a scrim leader during some heated times on the battlefield. I have to say with all of my logical thinking mind that Aegis is the right man for the job period. So, put his name in the mix, I nominate Aegis first and Radish or Sat second if it comes to it. I am not in any way trying to hurt any other members feelings here or to cast anything negative concerning other nominees. It is just that I KNOW from what I have seen and I have seen from a VERY watchful position that Aegis would benefit MsM extremely well as a scrim leader.

After a long fun day of rifles, with aegis, rad and a good few others, i have found my nomanie, i think Radish should be the new scrim leader, he shows great rifle skill (not to mention hack skills) jking. and is very helpfull in clutch moments. i have learned a good few tricks from him tonight. Rad for leader, and aegis for second =]

I would vote Aegis, he takes the time to write all those lessons and knows a lot of tactics for S&D. He also is very active and a good sport. I've learned some valuable stuff from him and reading up on what he knows. Very Happy

I nominate Hani because he has experience and has been through many scrims with this clan and myself.

I think hani would be great for this position.

I was going to nominate Aegis and radish for the helper.sounds Like you guys had the same idea.we want guys that are really active for these positions. Some of these guy's are always on.I realize work comes into play for some and That's the reason I didn't nominate some of these guys that have been in MsM longer than these guys. But we have some good skills in MsM and I'm glad to have you all.Hope no feelings have been hurt.I sure wouldn't want that to happen.God Bless

Thanks to everyone who nominated me. It really means a lot to me that people are nominating me. I want to nominate Radish and Sat. Both have great attitudes and shoot very well with a rifle. They would do well at the job.

I know. I used to just keep these to myself but now I see people camping at the ladder when they plant b and they kill me. We just gotta make sure everyone who is scriming knows these. I'll help people in scrims and let em know to use one of them and plant and such but keep up the good work. I got many more tactics to come Pho, they just take time to make and i gotta make sure the map is on the right map to take screenshots.

i don't know if i would make a good scrim leader due to activity and school and stuff but I usually do pretty good when everyone is using the same tactics..

will there be tryouts if you are elected scrim leader?
