Idea?

I've realized that every time someone is recruited, it is a mass confusion on who gets credit for the new recruit, because everyone wants to be promoted. I beleive this would help alot. On the Recruit application, the last question should be: What MsM Member recruited you? Tell me if you beleive this is a good idea.

The MsM Admin have NO confusion on who has recruited who, we already have a system in place and it works very well, if you recruit two people then you will see how our existing system works, thanks for being willing to give us an idea though. God bless

Good idea squirrel, but I think ole Pun has it under control. The promotion will come to those who recruit 2 players that make it passed the rct program so be careful who u recruit. U play with a player and learn his or her habits and respect for the game and others before u try to recruit. O! and never ever goto another clan's server and recruit, MsM is a true believer in "DO UNTO OTHERS"

Great job on your game play, shooting skills, activeness and dedication to MsM. Keep up what your doing buddy, and promotions will be the last of your worries. Good job buddy.

Hey Squirrel, hope I did not sound like a jerk when I posted my reply to your idea, it is a good idea just as Uncle Frank said however, we already have a system in place and it has worked really well for us Admin. Let me explain, when someone PM's one of our Admin and tells us that they have recruited two players that have already passed through the recruit program, we PM those two that were recruited and they each MUST confirm that, YES indeed they were recruited by so and so. The confirmations are placed into the "MsM ADMINISTRATION" files by that Admin (only Admin can view this section and other sections like this), and then the member is promoted. It has worked very good for us and we have a confirmation record from the recruited ones stating that the record is the truth. Thanks for your input and by all means, if you have other suggestions please feel free to post them or PM one of our Admin with the idea, if it is put into place and used, we will also award you for it by points toward your next promotion and post it for the Clan to see.
