Church canceled

Wow we really got the snow and ice overnight last night and it is coming down now. These are the largest snow flakes I have ever seen in my life. My wife and I got up and got ready for Church and got to the top of the mountain where we live and started to go down and there were trucks and cars already off in the ditches. I had to back up about 150 foot and man I was on the accelerator trying to overcome the slipping. So our Church is canceled for the whole day and I feel so out of place. This is the first time in I dont know how long that I have missed Church but we did the best we could to get there. Lord knows that I love him. I will just praise him anyway right here from my house. I know the Lord loves you folks and glory to his Holy name. Jesus Christ is the only way folks. Hallelujah I am so glad he saved me.

You can have church any where ur at Brother.LOL I seen where you guys were getting it.we up dis way deal with it every year.some worst than others.But it's a way of life.As paul simon says.Slip Slidin away,Slip Slidin away.hehehehehe.Remember Neutral when going down hill when slick.No hit beaks hard.tap,tap,tap,da breaks.And dont slow down while going up hill.Sliding off backwards is never fun,until it's over and everyone is safe.God take the wheel is My advice.Hehehehe Hallelujah to the Lamb,King of kings and Lord of lords.One day every kneel shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ Is Lord just Like the Bible says.He touches me,he touched me and made My heart ache So.

What an awesome God we have when he knows where we are at and we can be with him anytime, anywhere!

Well fellas, the Saints won the Super Bowl. What can I say.....Hell's freezing over! It even snowed 3 inches in Louisiana, South Louisiana that is! This winter is a loo loooo!

In FCA (fellowship of christian athletes) we encourage our attendees to go to church...but church is defined as a gathering of God's children...so church follows u where ever u go Brother Pun.

Oh yeah, I understand and agree with this. I just really miss the fellowship with my brothers and sisters when I cant get to the Church house. I love leading my Sunday school class and miss it as well if I cant get to Church. It is not very ofter that I miss but sometimes the weather causes traveling issues and that is when I turn the ole TV on and start watching a Christian program with some good preaching on it. God bless you guys and gals.

Just make sure the TV guys are bible based and tell it like it is. Joel Osteen kinda lost my repect due to his preaching about things being not too bad of a sin. a sin is a sin...no sin is the worst...lies are as bad as murder...just like Gods love/forgiveness is equal for all who want it.

Yeah you are right, there are many false prophets and false teachers of the day. The Bible tells us that it would be this way. And it also teaches us that the false prophet and false teacher will be found out by what they are speaking to us. They will entangle themselves hehehehehe, I love how God looks out for his children. He is my everything. If a person claims to be a prophet then we are given permission to prove their spirit.... so we ask them, what saith God. Then we judge what they tell us as being truth or evil but we must NOT pass judgment on them. God shall judge them and oh my, mercy will be called upon many times by those false prophets and teachers.
