Why was Snake banned?

I was just curious why is Ownt.Pfc.Snake banned from MsM servers?
I was playing in 82ndsoliders and heros, and he said he was banned from MsM No R and G...
I asked if he remembered the name of the admin that banned him.
He didn't remember [he said it was yesterday he was banned].
I asked what he did, he said he sang a song [I think titled Alone little Island? or something like that]
i told him I would get some information, and I went to MsM rifles to see if anybody knew in there.
They didn't know, so I went back and told him that.
He doesn't know what he did wrong, so I was just wondering what happened in no R and G yesterday?
He said he might have thought it was Satrose, but I'm not going to say Satrose did it.
I would just like to know why.....

was he following the rules and staying crouched while firing autos? I don't know how the song but unless it had foul language on it he wouldn't have been banned for that.

I banned him yesterday for a filthy mouth. Two MsM members warned him and he didn't listen very well. Uncle Frank plays undercover from time to time, to see how players behave when an Admin isn't on. He didn't behave very well.

He said Raven that he was doing no r and G, he said he obeyed that rule.
I asked if he was saying anything wrong or if anybody gave him a warning,
he said no. He said he was following rules, I want to believe him, but I need to believe that MsM will do what they need to do to players who do not behave well. If I see him again I will tell him what was going on.
If he does not say that he did any of this, he must be starting to lie....
Is he banned from all servers? Or just no R and G?

I would only believe half of what you here to begin with.

Uncle Frank banned him..... So if he says he had a filthy mouth then he did. Take it from me on behalf of all the Mods(Except Kenni.......kidding ), SuperMods and Admin that we do not like to ban anyone and when we do it is justified.

I do not know if he was using F Bombs or was continually using foul language after warnings to stop. But if he wants to request to be unbanned he can do so and plead his case.

However, I would suggest he waits a while and play the game and be on his best behavior.

Once his banning is posted in the banned log we will have his name a GUID on record.

i will also check with Vixen in Ownt to see if this has been a problem with him.I have been continually telling members to respect the rules of the server you play on, or no respect will be given to you on your server.To Uncle Frank and all MsM i apologize to you (even though its not me lol) and this will be dealt with on our end , and to answer some questions that i know are going to come up, i will be one of the new officers in Ownt soon to help stop this kind of behavior by members.

guys and gals!If Frank Banned him,He deserved it.I promise you.Frank is easy going and lets folks stay that I would ban.So I wouldn't worry about what the fella that got banned said.He is not telling the truth.If De Gen Frank said it,Believe it! God bless

i recall banning him aswell, from rifles though. and if my memory serves it was for the same thing.

I believe he had a filthy mouth, and I know people have warned him for language. I believe Frank did it for the right reson. I just wanted to see what was happening with him in the MsM servers, and other servers as well.Not trying to say I don't believe Frank didn't do it for the right reason..

I was on the same time as Frank. He used some bad language. When I warned him he tried to explain himself using the same abbreviations. He should know better.

On a slightly different note, I find it funny that players have binds with foul crap that they use on different servers and when they "accidently" use one on an MsM server they play all innocent like and are surprised they get the ban hammer. They shouldn't be using the stuff on other servers either. It shows a real lack of respect for their fellow players and definitely shows their ignorant side.

It is a matter of integrity....doing the right thing when no one is looking. They should be behaving whether there is an admin on or not. I, like Unky Frank, also run under the radar sometimes to get a look at how some players (non clan members) act when they think no one is looking. There are a few others on my list that are on a very short leash and may soon find themselves without a server to play on. I know I am just repeating what others have said before, but I think we are more than fair, especially when it comes to second chances and giving out warnings.

What was funny about this is I was playing on rifles when snake was stirring up trouble on no run and gun. Demonfire or Tesla (can't remember which one) asked me to come over because snake was being inappropriate. They had asked him to stop and he blew them off. Unbeknownst to them and me and snake Frankypoo was on No run and gun under an alias. He dealt with snake real quick. I agree with OldMan, there are some who when mods and admins are on they behave well but when they don't see any they act up even though MsM members ask them to stop. It really shows a lack of character.

I would also like to commend those MsM members who are willing to step up and tell others to follow the rules. It shows character to do that when you don't think a mod or admin is around. It would be just as easy not to say anything. Good job guys! It was also handled maturely, IMO, rather than argue with snake they just called me over to the server to deal with him.

And in the future Hershey rather than getting involved you should tell whoever questions one of our admins to investigate it themselves. You should stay out of the mix. I understand that he may be a friend but it doesn't look good for someone not involved to involve themselves. Snake could have just as easily posted. If he is not on the forums he can get on the forums. And if he doesn't want to make the effort to get on the forums then good riddance. Because the only way he can get unbanned is by requesting it on the forums.

I would like to say while I was on the No R n G server undercover, I was proud of our boys Demon and Suds for respectable playing and as soon as Snake said something bad they warned him, he continued they warned again and didn't stop there, they immediately found someone to come ban him. Little did they know Unc was already there getting his guid and typing in the ban.

Good point obvious. However, I did notice Uncle Frank is pretty good with a rifle when he wants to be.
