Rum Balls 1cup. semisweet chocolate chips 2 tbsp.corn syrup 1/3. water 2 tbsp. granulated sugar 1 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring or 150 over proof rum option lol drunken . 3 cups . vanilla wafer crumbs 2/3 cup chocolate sprinkles measure first 5 ingredients into heavy saucepan. heat stirring often ,over low heat until chocolate chips are melted.remove from heat .stir in wafer crumbs .roll about 1 tbsp. 15 ml at a time into a ball. roll in chocolate sprinkes . store in air tight container. let stand several hours or overnight before serving makes 2.1/2 dozen. enjoy yummie extra delicous ps place candied cherry in middle and roll a real treat.

Stopyr! favourite christmas time treat is GRANDPA,S Polish perogie INGREDIETS 4 1/2 CUPS FLOUR 2 TEASPOONS OF SALT 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER MELTED 2 CUPS SOUR CREAM 2 EGGS 1 EGG YOLK 3 POLISH COOKED SAUGAGES MINCE 1 TABLESPOONS OF VEGTEABLE OIL 8 BAKING POTATOES 1 CUP WHITE CHEDDAR CHEESE 1/2 CUP PARMESEAN CHEESE 1/3 CUP MINCE ONION SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. A ROUNDED SHAPED HALF MOON DOUGH 1.1/2 BIG STUFF WITH CHEESE AND BOILED OR BAKED UMM SOME GOOD YOU CAN FINE MORE ON PEROGIE ON GOGGLE BUT THIS IS MY RECIPE

Dried Beef Dip. This is to dip bread in usually.
2 cups of Hellman's Mayonaisse
2 cups of Sour Cream
2.5 ounces of diced Dried Beef
2 tsp of Parsley
2 tsp of Accent
2 tsp of Onion Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Celery Seed
Just mix it all together and enjoy a family bread dip this christmas...

bEST brownies ever preheat oven per brownie mix package direction .Line9'' square baking dish with parchment paper or foil; coat well with cooking spray . prepare brownies per package directions .Stir half of the broken candy cane into batter . Transfer to baking dish and sprinkle remaining candy cane and 3 smores bars crushed over the brownies top.1pkg.19.8 oz brownie mix,such as a duncan hines dark chocolate 2 eggs or as mqnny as needed for the mix 4 tbs, oil .1pkg of 4.67 oz of crushed candy cane 3 smores bars chopped over the top. what ever the time to cook brownie mix on box is what you fellow injoy Very Happy

Uncle Frank's Crab and Corn Bisque
Oh my!
-1 chopped red bell pepper
-1 chopped sweet onion
-2 cloves garlic (shaved so it will melt)
-1 chopped green onion (green only)
-1/2 stalk celery ( chopped thin )
-6 bay leaves
-1/2 teaspoon thyme
-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-3-4 dashes hot sauce
-1 teaspoon of white pepper
-1 teaspoon parsely
-1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pack of Land-o-lakes sweet cream butter(use 2 sticks)
-1 pack of frozen sweet yellow corn or use fresh corn
-2 cans of cream corn
-1 qrt of half n half
-1 qrt of heavy whipping cream
-3 pints of crab meat(make sure no shells or cartilage)
-1 cup of white wine(dry)

Saute’ your pepper, onion, celery, green onion and garlic in butter until soft. Add in corn, then half n half and heavy whipping cream . Put frozen yellow sweet corn in first with saute’ mix to tender a bit then add cream corn. Add spices . Bring to soft boil, then add crab meat and a cup of dry white wine. Simmer for an hour. Server with hushpuppies or garlic bread. Garnish with Parsely and chopped green onions. Enjoy!

Quebies all time favourite christmas recpe is spaghetti this is for him with a zesty tomato sauce 2 tbsp of olive oil 1 lb ground beef 2 tbsp butter 2 cups of diced mushrooms 2 small onions chopped 1/4 chopped carrot2 cans crushed tomates 1 cup of water1/4 cups of tomato paste 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper and granulated sugar and dried basil and italin seasoning a atouch of cinnamon thats just a pinch and some munced fresh parsley 1/4 of a cup method ; in skillet heat oil cook beef until no pink showing drain off fat in same skillet ,melt butter over medium heat ;cook mushrooms oinon and carrot until softened about 6 minutes,. return meat to skillet. add tomatoes, crushing into a small pieces with fork .stir water tomatoe paste ,salt peper ,sugar basil and cinnamon ; bring to boil. reduce heat and simmer, uncovered and thickened . taste and adjust seasoning . stir in parsley . makes 8 serving a traditional favorite Smile

A couple bottles of worsterchire and a few bottles of teriquaki sauce(My spelling stinks LOL) Liquid smoke,brown sugar and apple cider viniger,big bottle of hot sauce, and about 5 LBS of sliced deer ham per batch..marinate for 24 hrs.slap it on the dehydrator. Best deer jerky in da country.Yum Make your tounge slap your jaws Goooood

make bayou sauce; 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1tbsp of crushed chili flakes or 1 tbsp of chili sauce 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce can be refrigerate up to 3 days gives hamburgers that ex zingy hit.
