Its my sincere prayer and hope that all people across the globe can learn to love each other, help each other and to find a trust between each other that will allow peace to find its way into each human being that will create a closer and better bond between us all.

God bless this Earth and God bless this Country. I also pray for all of you to know that I care for each of you and what hurts you hurts me. If I can be of any help to any of you in 2013, please, don't hesitate to let me know.

Well I am on my 3rd day of P90X will be my 3rd time doing it so I guess its not really a new years thing but... Oh and I have decided to take up barefoot running. Not actually barefoot because I don't want glass in my foot, but the new minimalist shoes from Merrill. It's like wearing a sock with a rubber sole. bounce
