Server is Online

Just wanted to let you know that our server is online however, I am not sure which version the server is! I have searched everywhere on the clanforge control panel and cannot find what version we need to have installed on our computers in order to see our server.

I currently have 1.2 version and there is a 1.3 and also a 1.4 version from what I can see. I tried to install the 1.3 version but got an error message stating that the correct version of CoD2 could not be found.. HUM, not sure about that but will continue onward.

If you guys can find out some way which version we need to patch up to please post it in the tech talk section of the forum along with the link please.

Any help from you tech savvy guys would be greatly appreciated.

And it is rented through multiplaygameservers if that is any help in finding out the version we need to run.

I will keep trying and I asked the support team on the ticket to let me know but they did not as of yet, they just started the server is all and it is still in Atlanta GA right now, I will work on that Saturday.

What's the IP and port?

I submitted another support ticket in hopes of getting more info about what version our server is and also for download link(s) for the upgrade patches that we may need for our computers.

Hello Everyone, Haven't logged in for a while but looks like lots of activity here. That is a good thing! I was intrested in the new server is it COD2 and version 1.3 or is this two different things? Takes me a while to catch on.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry to say I don't have that game now. I will need to see if I can find it anywhere local, most of the big box stores are really cutting down on PC software anything now. I guess I'im still old school and not a fan of downloading. I still like the feel of having that disk in my hand.  Now that's really showing my age, "Disk"

Tried the server for 5 min today, was alone. No PB issues and everything seemed allright. Didnt have any problems upgrading to 1.3 either. BTW dont forget to plug in your headphones...

Cool! Glad its working for you Pea. I hope to play some this evening if the wife will leave me along a while lol. I told her that I prefer a night out tomorrow evening, so we will see. If she is ok with tomorrow then I will play tonight and if she wants tonight, then I will play tomorrow.
