Ole' Via had to go to the hospital last night after COD. He told me he wasn't feeling well and got off earlier than usual. Turns out he went to the hospital after he got off TS. He was there til 3pm today. He asked me to tell u fellas Happy New Year and let u know he may not be on for awhile. Let's all say a prayer for Via and his health. Also help me motivate his stubborn hide to go walking for 20 mins a day. His Doctor advised it.
Each time you see him on TS, ask if he walked yet? hehehe, we'll get him walkin!

Stay warm and get on the treedmill for at least 20 mins per day with moderately elevated heart rate. Cut back on trans & sat fats, sugars and salt. Take vitamin supplement with minerals daily. Drink at least 40 oz water each day. floss and brush your teeth at least twice daily with at least an aggressive rinse after each meal. And dont get stressed out.

WOW if I could do all that I would be in great shape myself lol, ok Via well at least as many as you can. God bless you.
