Concerning: Is Repetition Of The Same Word Legal On MsM servers? (Spamming)

Between the period of time: 6:50-6:55, [PeNuZ]69, was constantly repeating, "Grenade!".
He shouted it out at LEAST 30 or More Times.
I have a photo of it, and I wonder if this is illegal or not on MsM servers.

Well its not necessarily illegal, I mean they are not doing anything foul however, some of these guys know that foul language is not acceptable on the MsM servers so they do just whatever they can to annoy the players on our servers or the MsM Mods and MsM Admin. Its kinda like name spamming which annoys me to the inth degree. They really should not do this and if a Mod or and Admin was on we would make sure that they did not. They are just trying to distract others or get on someones nerves. Next time you see it happening, politely ask them to not do it and see what kind of response you get. God bless.
