It has nothing to do with being smart or not. It has everything to do with being in the same clan as Rommie for several years and knowing he would never be disrespectful in any way to any person. He is one of the kindest people I know.

I never implied that Romanian was being disrespectful in the least. I just did not understand what he meant by the quote nor did I know how to take his comment and that is exactly what I stated in the post. I was NOT in the same Clan with him for any amount of time so therefore surely you can understand my angle on it ok. No one is saying he is or was out of line or anything else Squid.

I have to say.Romania has came a long ways fellas. I think he holds the record of being banned and unbanned on MsM servers and most likely a few more.But I havn't had to ban him in a couple years now.

I've never been banned on MsM or anywhere else, legitimately.

MsM always does it very best to be fair in all bans, kicks and smites, however, sometimes, with new Mods or even some of our seasoned Mods and Admin and that probably includes myself, we miss it.

We dont maliciously ban or kick anyone, we do our very best to make videos, take screen shots, warn, smite and everything else in an attempt to give the player a fair shake and also to make certain, or as certain as we can, that the action we take is warranted and appropriate.

Again, we do make mistakes occasionally but for the very most part, we are correct and the action taken is justifiable.

If you were ever banned and you were innocent as charged, we apologize.

Also, I did a quick look over of our ban files and I cannot find anything in the name of Romanian. I am interested to see any ban files that will have your info so I can see exactly why you were banned. What names did you use when you were banned?

I think I can almost remember banning you myself, once...maybe ??? Not totally sure but still, I would like to check out the files.

Please list the names if you would.

P.S. I know you are stating that you have never been banned at MsM but again, I really thought I had banned you once.

I also remember something, I want to say it was around.. like... Last summer (though that could very possible be wrong). If I remember right, it happened due to a "miscommunication/understanding".

Again, I might be wrong, so much has happened, I could very well be confusing him with someone else.

Again, I was never banned legitimately. It was an accidental area ban or something.

Ah yes Vixen, I do believe you are right. That is why I was having a problem locating a ban file on him. I remember now, it was a global ban and it took a minute to get it fixed. OK thanks Vixen, I appreciate it sir.

ya i remember something like that global ban it was short was going around didnt last long on the fourn s i guess the admen got it fixed i think his name sounded like romanian but i think it was more like roman rowmeo something like that mid summer he was ban for something thats what i remember

hey it easy to get ban from the fourms if you move like go back to school or move to another state your ip address will be different and don't tell any one your number Change or where you move your ip address is different than your other one or you leave your post fourm open and you forget to close the fourm page you can get ban from the page for that or if you get cot hacking your ban to but you can try to appeel the ban ask admen

Well,I havn't decided to stay.I'm still turning over the reins.I just have a lil more time right now than I had expected. I will be around even after i give up the reins.Just not in a leadership role.And unless their is another romainian,I Banned you I know of at least 3 to 4 times.Had your clan leader asking me to unban you so you all could scrim us.When i perm ban.It's most deffinantly official.LOl But thats not an issue here any way..

Must be two Romanians because the only ban I had from MsM was the accidental area ban which was taken care of quickly.

Well i been gone awhile and came back to see this. little late saying goodbye but beter now then never.

Marn you have ran a great clan for years and have been a great leader to all msm members. Your server was the only other one i played when SoC didn't have anyone when i was a part of it. It has grown a lot since then I have seen great players go and great players come. you built something more then a clan but a family. I can't express how thankful i am for everything you have done for everyone here. It is sad to see you go, and you will be missed. Hope life treats you great and you enjoy yourself
